ABOUT
I’m a London-based consultant with over 25 years of high-impact experience in charity leadership, including 14 years as a Chief Executive and senior roles in charities with an annual budget of over £ 30 m.
I specialise in helping charities of all sizes navigate complex transitions, whether I am architecting a £50m capital campaign or supporting an organisation through a leadership gap.

I provide more than just guidance; I deliver results in challenging environments. My expertise spans strategic modernisation, governance, and high-value fundraising, recently evidenced by delivering a 76% increase in voluntary income for a charity during a critical leadership gap.
I combine the strategic vision of a CEO with the hands-on delivery required to build high-performing teams and secure sustainable futures.

HOW I CAN HELP
PROJECT DELIVERY
I lead high-impact projects from inception to delivery, including £50m capital campaign strategies, complex organisational restructuring, and £17.6m property developments. I manage every stage of the project—from feasibility and legal compliance to service rollouts—to ensure long-term stability and success.
STRATEGIC & BUSINESS PLANNING
I draw on 25+ years of senior leadership to design and implement robust business strategies, including campaign roadmaps and complex organisational transformations. I provide the strategic clarity needed to overcome structural obstacles and secure a sustainable path to growth.
